As we approach the month of November, here in North America, Thanksgiving, season takes precedence in festive planning and preparations.
As children of God, our season of Thanksgiving is everyday. Jesus taught His disciples to ask of His Father to: ” Give us this day our daily bread.” Matt: 6:11. The Apostle Paul told the church in Thessalonica to give thanks in everything. 1 Thess. 5:17.
The Counsel of God comes in many forms through various means. As believers in Christ, God’s counsel is utmost; because:
“The Counsel of the Lord standeth forever, the thoughts of His heart to all generations.” Psm. 33:11 KJV
All generations means everyone before us, alongside us, and after us. As we endeavor to adhere to God’s counsel, let us
be aware that: ” There are many devices in a man’s heart; Nevertheless, the counsel of the Lord, that shall stand.” Prov. 19:21 KJV
Tower of Refuge, stand with God’s counsel and He will stand with you.
